When you place an order, I collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and Instagram handle, which is the information needed to process your order, deliver it, and reach you if there's a question about it.
If you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message so I can reply.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, I store your email address until you unsubscribe.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never stored on this website. Razorpay's handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy.
Your details are used to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your messages, and, only if you've subscribed, share occasional news about drops and new work.
Your information is never sold, rented or traded. It is shared only with the services needed to run this shop: the payment provider (Razorpay), courier services (to deliver your parcel), and the email service used to send order notifications.
This site uses cookies that are necessary for the shop to work, keeping items in your cart, remembering your session at checkout, and keeping you logged in to your account. These are functional, not advertising cookies.
Order information is retained as required for accounting and tax records. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask at any time to see the personal information held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted (except where records must be kept by law). To do so, just get in touch using the details below.
