Ready-to-ship pieces are already available and will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, festive seasons, or unforeseen courier delays.
Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted after your order is placed. Each made-to-order listing includes an estimated crafting time in the product description. Your order will be shipped only after the crafting process has been completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking details via email or DM.
After dispatch, delivery within India generally takes 3–5 business days, subject to courier operations, holidays, and other external factors.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.
Every order is packed with care before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside my control. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
